What we do with your data

What we collect

If you fill in a form on this site, we collect the name, email address, business name and message you type into it. That is all — there is no hidden profiling and no data bought from anyone else.

If you book a call, the booking is handled by Cal.com and they collect the details you give them.

We do not use advertising cookies, and there is no tracking pixel on this site.

Why we collect it

To reply to you. That is the only reason. The lawful basis is legitimate interest — you contacted a business asking for a quote, and we are answering.

We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not run a nurture sequence, and we will not pass your details to anyone else.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics that count page views and a handful of events (whether the demo was used, whether pricing was viewed, whether a form was sent). It sets no cookies and does not identify individuals, which is why this site has no cookie banner.

Who processes your data

Vercel hosts the site. Resend sends the email from our contact form. Cal.com handles bookings. Each is a processor acting on our instructions under a data processing agreement.

Our AI products use Anthropic to generate responses. Some of that processing happens outside the UK under standard contractual clauses. For client projects we set out exactly which data reaches which processor before anything goes live, and for anyone in healthcare, legal or finance we go through it in detail first.

The demo on this site

The chat widget on the home page is a scripted, pre-written conversation. It makes no network request and sends nothing anywhere — whatever you type into it stays in your browser.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for two years so we can pick up a conversation where it left off, then deleted. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as the contract runs plus six years, which is what UK tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will do it within one month at the outside, usually the same week.

If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
