Why the ranges are wide
Migrating an existing shop or CRM is the part that varies most. Building from nothing is predictable; untangling someone else’s data is not.
Why we ask about budget
So we can tell you early if what you have described costs more than you want to spend, and point you at something that fits instead of selling you something that does not.
The cheaper way in
A care plan spreads the same work across a monthly fee with no setup cost. £200, £400 or £700 a month.

Is there a contract?
No. Every plan is monthly rolling and you can cancel any time. You should stay because the site is earning its keep, not because you are locked in.
Do I own my website?
Yes — the design, the content, the domain and the code. If you leave, we hand it all over and help you move it. Nothing is held hostage.
Why is there no setup fee on a care plan?
Because a large upfront bill is the main reason small businesses put this off for another year. We would rather you started this month and stayed for three years. Buying a piece outright is different — a standalone build is quoted with its cost up front, and those figures are on the pricing page.
What if I would rather pay once and own it outright?
That is fine and we will quote for it. One-off builds start at £1,800. You lose the ongoing updates, hosting and AI, but if you have someone in-house to look after it, that can be the better deal.
What does ‘unlimited content updates’ actually mean?
On Professional and above: text changes, image swaps, new sections, new pages, layout tweaks — as often as you need, at no extra cost. It does not mean a full redesign every fortnight, and it does not mean building you a second website.
Can I change plan later?
Up or down, any time, and the change takes effect on your next billing date. Moving up does not mean a rebuild.
