What we commit to, in plain English
These are the commercial promises we make publicly and will put in a contract. They are deliberately short, and none of them has a clause underneath that takes it back.

No contract and no minimum term
Care plans are monthly rolling. You can cancel at any point and the plan ends at your next billing date. We do not charge an exit fee and we do not ask for a notice period.
No setup fee on a care plan
The monthly price is the whole price. Standalone builds outside a care plan are quoted separately and agreed in writing before work starts.
You own what we build
On full payment, the design, the content, the code and the domain are yours. If you leave, we hand everything over and help you move it. Nothing is held back as leverage.
The seven-day preview guarantee
You get a working preview on a private link within seven working days of the kick-off call, provided we have the content and domain access we asked for at that call. If we miss the date through our own fault, your first month is free.
What "unlimited content updates" covers
On Professional and above: text changes, image swaps, new sections, new pages and layout tweaks, as often as you need. It does not cover a full redesign, a second website, or building a new product.
AI services
The AI receptionist and chat assistant are services we run for you and they stop when the plan stops. Everything they produce — enquiries, transcripts, bookings — is yours and is exported to you on request in a standard format.
Third-party costs
Domain registration, and any third-party subscription you ask us to buy on your behalf, are passed through at cost and shown separately.
Estimates are not quotes
Any figure produced by the estimator on this site is indicative and based only on what you told it. The number agreed in writing before work starts is the one that binds either of us.
A full set of terms of business is issued with every proposal and signed before work begins. If anything on this page contradicts that document, the signed document is the one that counts.
